Qualifications and experience
* Previous account management, sales or outbound telesales experience essential
* Experience with the chemical industry is highly desirable
* Ability to offer excellent customer service
* Excellent attention to detail & strong organisational skills
* Ability to multi task handling volume call enquiries
* Highly proficient user of Excel & Microsoft office desirable
* Knowledge of the construction/engineering/industrial sectors desirable
* Opening new accounts and developing these relationships
* Handling customer enquiries
* Processing customer orders
* Selling to lapsed & existing customer base
* Managing customer accounts, account maximisation
