The plan is to build a significant team of technology recruitment specialists who will make a strong impact in the US market, this has already begun with our founding team in place and operating.

Additionally, placement fees are circa 3-4 times NI averages, meaning that ambitious consultants can earn more, quickly.
We are seeking a technology recruitment consultant, covering both contract and permanent recruitment. Roles will be split between Business Development and Service Delivery (in house term for tech recruiter), enabling the required focus on both winning and servicing business to a high level.
Service Delivery Consultants as known in house will be sourcing and relationship Ninjas. Able to build and maintain amazing relationships (at all levels) which stand the test of time, combined with the ability to search, identify and consistently outperform the market in securing the best talent for our clients. You will be tech and social savvy, able to utilise all the modern technology and tools available to deliver for your clients.
The Service Delivery Consultants will be supported by a specialist sales team who are responsible for winning the business for the consultant to fill. Which give the SDC more time to work on filling the roles with high quality candidates.
Prior experience in recruitment is preferred although not essential. Technology recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we are open to individuals cross training from other disciplines. Either way, you will be open, honest and trustworthy, someone who is ethical in their approach, yet highly driven and ambitious in character. You are motivated by learning and are constantly seeking new ways to develop and improve your professional self.
