If successful, you will be working alongside our IT Recruitment team working in a variety of roles with some of the most innovative and exciting companies in Belfast.
Candidate Sourcing - we work almost exclusively in challenging skills markets where talent is in very short supply. Our main differentiator as a firm is our ability to source great candidates that our competitors and clients cannot. Therefore, you will need to be extremely proactive and creative, using all available tools, in sourcing the best talent for our clients. Social media. Marketing and networking are a must for anyone wanting to become a talent magnet in this space.
Working alongside our team of 15 Specialist Consultants, you will lead on the candidate resourcing effort. We expect Talent Aquisition Speciailists to be highly systemised, social media savvy with a real desire for finding and engaging the best and brightest in Northern Ireland's IT & Technology Community. Collaboration, Communication and Ownership are needed to ensure that you deliver an exceptional journey for the candidates you are representing.
Great candidate management, customer service and relationship skills are a must.
Person & Package
For this role we are open to talented people with or without previous commercial experience. Regardless of your background to date you must be extremely driven, have a strong desire to achieve success and a work ethic to back up your ambition. Given the nature of the role, high levels of tenacity and resilience are also critical requirements. Previous experience in business development or a commercially orientated role would be useful although not essential.
You may be a recruiter who wants to focus on the candidate side and immerse yourself in developing and nurturing talent pools rather than focusing on the clients.
If you are new to Recruitment, is not for the fainthearted; you must be confident enough to connect with people at all levels, be resilient enough to deal with setbacks and have the ability to remain on track when things get tough.
We offer a Market leading basic salary with a top of the market commission structure, designed to both reward and incentivise you to achieve a high level of success in our industry.
Strong IT skills combined with experience of using social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook are also necessary.
