Head of Customer Solutions - Technology Recruitment
As part of ongoing plans to offer a truly world-class Customer and Service Delivery experience for clients and candidates, MCS Group is launching a new team within our IT & Technology Division which will be responsible for ensuring we give each client a more bespoke service and ultimately deliver on everything that they need.
This team will develop business relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring that we understand their needs and that we have the right team to deliver the right solution. The focus for this team is on Key Accounts or volume recruitment projects where the needs are different from one off specialist roles. This is about getting deeper with your clients and ensuring MCS are there to support across every and all areas that we can.
We require a talented and highly driven individual to lead this team. The team will be made up of 7/8 people, split between Team leaders, Service Delivery Consultants and Sourcers. Key skills within the team you will be leading will focus on outstanding account management and customer service skills backed up with best in class Sourcing skills. In order to deliver for clients, we must find the best talent on the market, consistently, while ensuring we are delivering on fit as well as skillset, so we are helping businesses hire their leaders of the future.
The Head of this Division will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and while experience in technology recruitment is not specifically required, it would be advantageous.
As well as experience working as a recruiter, the successful candidate will have already gained some experience in successfully leading & managing teams of specialist recruiters, be an individual who sets high standards and have a high level of ambition for what can be achieved with the Customer Solutions Team.
Key Skills for the role will include
- The ability to manage and lead a high performance, high achieving recruitment team
- An ability and track record of developing strong business relationships in recruitment
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to understand clients needs, both defined and undefined
- Strong business development skills - developed within accounts or new accounts
- Outstanding Account Management skills
