Despite the challenges faced in 2020, the team at Honeycomb has continued to go from strength to strength and have ambitious growth plans for 2021 and beyond, with a particular emphasis on further expanding our successful Temporary division. As such, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Manager to oversee our Temporary & Contracts business.
The Role
As Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the Temporary & Contracts Division across the Public, Private and Third Sector clients; maintaining existing client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
As Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing your team to achieve commercial success and growth, while continuing to develop your own client base and achieve high level personal billings.
To achieve this you will work closely and be supported by the Managing Director and success will be achieved by recruiting, developing and retaining a team of high calibre, well rounded specialist recruitment consultants.
The Person
As the role is integral to our business growth model, we are keen to speak to experienced Recruiters, (operating at Senior Consultant, Team Lead, Team Manager or Branch Manager level) who are keen to develop a career in a leadership role.
The successful applicant will have a strong track record of success in delivering sales targets, new client acquisition and key account management within. Previous experience of managing a team (within a Recruitment Agency or Inhouse Recruitment capacity) advantageous.

The Process
In line with current government guidelines, the interview and assessment centres will be conducted remotely (anticipated interview / assessment centres mid-Feb), with inductions commencing April 2021
