Account Director - Agency
VANRATH is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful creative agency based in the Greater Belfast area. The successful Account Director will lead on allocated accounts and be responsible for all strategic client contact. Working with the wider team (internal and external) you will ensure successful delivery on brand objectives and new business growth.
- Lead the client relationship on allocated accounts and act as the client strategic point of contact
- Own the brand strategy and proactively influence the client to achieve brand objectives
- Responsible for delivering quality and accuracy on all outputs and ensuring work is on brief and strategy
- Effectively manage all financial aspects of the accounts and ensure profitability
- Contribute to business development through growth of existing accounts and new business prospects
- Responsible for the management of the account team
- Seek opportunities to showcase agency work and the "Done As One" philosophy with
- Participate in interviewing and recruiting of new staff, where appropriate
- Contribute to coaching of team members to achieve their objectives
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong people management skills with a passion for nurturing junior staff members
- Experience working on digital projects
- Excellent verbal and listening communications skills
- Confident when delivering presentations
- Proactive and solution focused - ability to anticipate client requirements
- Resilience and gravitas
