MCS are currently working alongside a world renowned, legal service provider, in their search for a support analyst in digital marketing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an extremely diverse and intriguing role, and will be able to make avail of an excellent progression route, into more high profile positions and specialist roles.
The digital marketing support analyst will work across two main areas: from advising internal stakeholders and all things digital marketing, to BAU tasks and dealing with requests - adding content CRM troubleshooting, SEO, analytics and email marketing.
You will be editing digital content and tailoring email marketing for your branch.
As part of your role, you will have to communicate with and manage the stakeholders.
You will also have to work to tight deadlines and with a short notice turnaround.
A support analyst should be a confident communicator.
The ideal candidate should be digitally trained with experience of working on CMS.
Someone who has a good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
A broad understanding of web content management systems, such as Sitecore and SharePoint is desirable.
Knowledgeable in email marketing using programmes such as Vuture.
A solid understanding of data management, as well as analytical principles and processes.
Impeccable organisational and project management skills.
An enthusiastic, proactive and innovative individual.
A keen and quick learner.
