MCS Group is currently working alongside one of Northern Ireland's leading organisation within the banking and financial services sector to recruit a Marketing Officer for their marketing-led business.

Working as part of the wider marketing team, you will be hands on in developing and implementing marketing and communications activities that support the delivery of their corporate plan and brand promise.

This role will initial start as a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential to be extended beyond this.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns - Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating clear and effective marketing materials. Be responsible for campaign management, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders deliver what is expected on time and monitor performance, providing campaign evaluations to senior stakeholders.
• Agency Management - Engage with media, design, and print agencies for effective, on-brand and on-budget delivery, and bring together agencies for fully integrated campaigns.
• Channel Management - Manage the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations to support customer facing colleagues promote products and deliver on our brand promise.
• Budget Management - Be responsible for effective tracking and reconciliation of allocated spend and ongoing optimisation of ROI.
• Financial Promotions - Ensure that all marketing communications materials are compliant with all existing legal, regulatory, and voluntary code obligations by knowing and adhering to the financial promotions process, and all standards and policies.
• Stakeholder engagement - Work closely with colleagues across Strategy & Commercial Development, Legal & Compliance and customer facing teams to ensure marketing activity in aligned with core values and focuses on fair customer outcomes, while delivering on business needs.

Criteria:

• Third Level Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical and creative with the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling marketing communications with customer benefit at the core
• Be a customer focused team player
