Matrimonial legal secretary/Assistant, Belfast City Centre. Friendly, dynamic law firm wishes to recruit an experienced legal secretary/ Assistant to join their busy office.
The successful candidate will work alongside one of the Partners who has a busy Matrimonial / Family caseload. You must have Excellent audio typing and IT skills including Word Processing and Microsoft Office. Experience with LAMS is also essential.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a comfortable and professional telephone manner, the ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.
Duties will include:
- Digital dictation
- Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence
- Compiling briefs for Counsel
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Processing incoming and outgoing emails
- Managing client files
- Answering and directing telephone calls
