SNR. BANKING SOLICITOR

An excellent role exists for an experienced Banking Solicitor (Associate level) to join this high calibre firm as they seek to expand their team. Ideally, this role would suit someone who offers experience of working within a busy or niche financial services / banking department of a corporate firm and is keen on a fresh challenge.

Supported by a number of experienced colleagues and partners across various offices you will ideally offer experience of a range of the following: multi-jurisdiction restructuring/refinancing; general corporate lending, property finance, acquisition, and leveraged finance.
