Essential criteria:

• NI qualified with 5+ years conveyancing experience and some commercial property experience
• Have experience in dealing with complex title issues, probate issues, drafting documents, handling leases, dealing with re-financing of properties, rent arrears and debt recovery, advising on commercial contracts, supply agreements and procurement.
• You will need to be tech savvy and familiar with complex technology systems
