This law firm advises on a wide range of clients on a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role calls for a solicitor who offers a minimum of 4 years' PQE, that has experience within an employment law team, and can offer experience in drafting and advising of employment contracts, policies and procedures, management of grievances, performance and disciplinary matters, advising on long term sickness absence, reorganisations along with TUPE and advising on Health and Safety issue
