UX Designer – Belfast City Centre - £45,000
“Busy tonight, mate?”
Ah, the classic taxi chit-chat. Painstakingly delightful yet slowly becoming a thing of the past because of super-easy technology platforms like Uber.
Whilst they have dominated the transport sector, there are others doing things similar and arguably better in different sectors. What if I told you one such company exists locally, and they are seeking a UX Designer? Read on.
You will use your few years’ experience in the field to lead the UX effort. You’ll have the support of five technical colleagues to ensure you can bounce ideas off each other readily.
The CTO’s energy is infectious, and you can’t help being encouraged by this because he’s sitting at the table across from you. Feedback loops are fast and furious meaning you can implement changes and share ideas at record pace – no red tape here!
The office is walking distance from main transport hubs so you’re not paying for expensive parking and when our glorious transport system does fail, you can work from home instead.
Make no mistake though, there’s graft to be done. The business is diversifying, and you’ll be heavily involved in pushing the brand and building a design system.
Chances are you’re viewing this job ad on a recruitment platform, this isn’t a million miles away from what you could be working on.
