What will I be doing as a First Line Support Agent?
As a First Line Support Agent you will:
Be a friendly first point of contact for Capita Customers with IT queries
Log incidents and service requests from customers received via telephone, email and customer portal and process accordingly
Provide an excellent customer service and value to end users
