You will join as they begin to implement their professional service desk. The position will see you get exposure to diverse range of technologies and affords an ambitious candidate the opportunity to accelerate their career.
About the role:
You will support clients on bespoke software applications.
You will replicate software issues to find solutions for customers.
You will work closely with the development team for escalated issues.
You will have the opportunity to progress to 2nd and eventually 3rd line software support.
You will use effective questioning and troubleshooting skills to identify client issues.
Previous experience supporting bespoke software applications in a service desk environment.
Analytical troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.
Experience with SQL, C# or AWS technologies will help your application.
Remuneration for this position is £19,000-£23,000 with lots of opportunity for progression.
