MCS Group are working with a large and well renowned organisation throughout Ireland to recruit for a Technical Analyst to join their well established team. The organisation have placed huge investment into their technical team in recent times through their technology stack and growth of their technical team. This opportunity is with one of the countries major employers who provide a pivotal service to our community.
The Role:
You will be based in our clients Web Apps Systems support team providing support to the team and their customers to ensure the continuous high levels of performance in their Web Apps. You will provide 3rd level support to the team and conduct root cause analysis to all systems issues that arise. You will work alongside internal teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure the systems always meet with business requirements. You will get experience using software development tool sets including DevOps Continuous Integration and Delivery. This role also offer candidates the opportunity to get involved in projects outside of support, giving candidates experience that will be hugely valuable in their future career.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of the areas below:
- Experience in C# or .net.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to address and solve IT issues.
- Experience in supporting business critical software solutions.
- Experience of OO programming,
It is desirable that candidates have experience of GitHub version control systems, experience in Azure and experience in Azure DevOps but it is not essential.
