MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading software house as they seek to hire a Support Advisor. This Support Advisor will take charge of the company's support function and help shape what it becomes in the future. As the First Line Support, this Support Advisor will be integral to ensuring that the highest level of service is given to every customer and issues are resolved in the most effective and efficient manner.

This is a non-technical support role, but some technical knowledge would be helpful! If you have an abundance of customer service and some Technical know how, this could be the role for you!
