MCS Group is seeking to connect with a Software Support Analyst with experience of troubleshooting Salesforce for a international technology firm with an ever-growing presence in Belfast. Known globally for providing enterprise level solutions to a range on industries which include government, insurance and financial services, the Support Engineer will join a bran new Customer Success Team being spun up locally working with a small number of key clients supporting their products which run off Salesforce.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious support analyst/application support engineer who is seeking more responsibility and the chance to hone their skill set - all in a vibrant, relaxed culture.
The Role & Person
The Support Analyst will get involved in installation & integration of solutions
You'll get involved in training clients, workshops and documentation.
You'll work closely with the Belfast Site Lead along with project management, professional services and data teams.
You'll ideally have exposure to working on the salesforce platform, along with prior experience of supporting clients in a SaaS environment.
c. £35,000 with a competitive benefits package.
