The MCS Group is working together with a company providing bespoke FinTech trading and clearing platforms to a huge wealth of clients. Looking for Java / GO Engineers (ALL Levels / 2+ years). All work 100% greenfield. Latest technologies and full creative freedom.
What you'll work on?
The client are building bespoke clearing platforms as a solution to companies who are using bulky and decade old platforms from other providers which are ultimately an "off the shelf", one size fits all model.
Working with high value businesses who we can scale out and build hugely complex platforms using all the latest technologies with complete freedom and scope. All Greenfield and bespoke to each client. Huge technical input that will get your hands dirty with code.
The Company: a new entrant to the market with growth plans to grow to 160 over the next 3 years in Belfast. Huge funding behind a multitude of different projects - all owned by Belfast! Thus far they have hired some really strong and talented engineers and their team is shaping up to being a real stand out in the market.
Open roles:
- Java/GO Engineers (2+ years)
- Senior Java/GO Engineers (4/5+ years)
Criteria:
A strong proficiency and in-depth understanding of JAVA/GO
Two or more years of professional experience working as a part of a multi-person development team, doing code reviews, testing, CI, trunk-based development, and/or other modern software practices.
Quick to learn, adaptive and intuitive when it comes to design, development and architecture.
The Package: Salary up to 60k depending on experience and package including 35 days holiday, 7% pension, private healthcare and much more.
