MCS Group is excited to be partnering with a Global Professional Services Giant in recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to join their excellent service desk operation within their Belfast City Centre offices.
This will be on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
- You will be joining a very well established service desk team with the chance of training and progression
- Training and rerouting incidents as and when appropriate, including escalation
- Working in a busy, driven environment responding to phone calls, emails and support queries
- Ensuring that an excellent First Fix Rate is established early on and maintained
- Commercial experience working in an ITIL Service Desk Environment preferred
- ITIL and ServiceNow experience are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to get to the root of problems
- Experience in a financial environment wouldn't be essential, but would be preferred
The salary for the role will be £20,000 and there will also be other benefits offered to the successful candidate.
