MCS are currently working with one of Belfast's fastest growing software houses during their search for a talented relationship manager who has had a lot of hands on experience working face to face with high end clients.
Our client is one of the UK's leading provider of software to the travel and pet insurance sectors. Their high end systems are used by some of the UK's largest insurance brokers as well as small blue chip organisations.
Having just moved into new office spaces directly in the city centre, our client is keen to grow out their team of relationship managers who currently act as the point of call for all of their client base.
As a relationship manager, you will work directly with key clients within the business while transforming their technical needs into easy to follow guides for technical teams to follow.
You will lead on key internal and customer projects - showing your effective communication across the business while liaising with a multi-department team.
You will be responsible for planning, scoping and management of key teams right from the beginning of a new project to to the end and deployment of a platform.
You may be currently working as a Business Analyst or a Project Manager - building relationships and forming lasting business with a range of various clients.
This will be a fast paced environment with deadlines and key tasks to follow in order to ensure that you are providing a professional service for each of your clients.
Your day to day as a relationship manager will involve;
- managing change requests from clients
- helping with technical support issues (communication)
- facilitating training sessions for your clients
- understanding client needs
- find solutions for your clients
- building lasting relationships
- create road maps for clients and technical teams
You may be currently working as a business analyst or a project manager within a fast paced environment working face to face with key clients.
You will be a resourceful individual who is highly organised and able to work to their own deadlines. Analysing the day to day operations of your immediate point of call will be a huge part to your role.
You will have a minimum of 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role as a business analyst or project manager.
Coming from a Software background would be hugely advantageous for this role, but certainly not a requirement.
You will be able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
