The role:

• Lead and align the QA team with the Company's vision
• Create and drive a culture of quality throughout the full SDLC
• Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver the technology strategic direction and roadmap.

The Person:

• Experience with building and leading team to deliver enterprise scale solutions.
• You will need to be comfortable with owing the performance and personal growth of the QA Team.
• Passionate and about data and use these to drive your decisions.
• Exposure to building out test environments/teams.
• Experience of building from the ground.
