They are currently seeking a number of seasoned, calm and professional developers as they move into their next phase of growth.

The Company:

Having being founded over a decade ago, this brilliant local company have moved from strength to strength over the years with their market leading core product which helps a range of organisations such as Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.

Our client is a leader in their field. They are certainly leading the way in terms of innovation and product delivery within this very niche sector.

They use a mixture of some of the most cutting-edge technologies available - everything from React to .NET core and Azure.

The role:

As a lead developer, you will play a huge part in bringing this companies core product into the next phase of growth. You will work within a small yet extremely focused development team, creating bespoke, configurable solutions for a wide range of client companies. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team as well as having an input in architectural direction of the core product.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

• Contribute to product solutions for new and legacy features. Identification and improvement of areas with usability issues
• Estimate and deliver software solutions/projects within an agreed time and budget.
• To work independently or as a member of a team in delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
• Work with customers to define their requirements and design solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for existing software applications

About you:

You will be a passionate, seasoned developer who is keen to work on the latest technologies while utilising best coding practices. You will have at least 6 years experience working across the Microsoft stack and you will be a calm, professional developer.

You will be highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Technology stack with fantastic exposure to the following:

• C#
• ASP.net
• .NET core
• React JS
• Microsoft Azure
