Service Desk Analyst
MCS Group is currently building a team of Service Desk Analysts for a Global Client in Belfast. The Service Desk Analysts will be an expansion to the current Service Desk to aid on a new Technology Project
Working as part of the existing team you will be taking calls from across the globe. This is a company keen to use only the latest tech and as such will offer Service Desk Analyst training and skills not found easily. This is a great opportunity to either start or expand your career within the industry
A minimum of 6 months experience within an IT support environment is required but Service Desk experience is not essential.
Exposure to Microsoft technologies and Active Directory will be required with some network experience and exposure to Citrix a big benefit
Most importantly you must have a willingness to learn and be part of a team. This is an industry where a productive attitude and a desire to help your colleagues is essential
These roles will begin as 12 month contracts at a salary of £20,000
