About the role:

• MSP servicing SME's across a range of varied industry sectors
• Join a small team but closely knit team and gain great exposure across all sides of the business
• Fantastic opportunity to progress to 2nd line or service desk management, moving onto project work
• Technical support help desk ensuring all support tickets are closed as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer within the SLAT
• On site call outs - only where absolutely required
• Improve/create customer documentation
• Identify opportunities with existing customers for additional services/equipment/consultancy
• Online (social media/email) marketing/telesales - generate sales leads * Attend pre sales meetings * Attend customer review meetings
• Become a subject matter expert who will keep abreast of new technology/solutions/methods and make suggestions to improve systems/technology in use
• Windows server & Small Business Server * MS Exchange server
• Cloud Hosted Microsoft Exchange * Microsoft Office
• Antivirus - BitDefender/Trend AV/Avast/AVG Cloudcare, Trend, Symantec * Remote Access Utilities Teamviewer, MS Remote Desktop

Desirable skills:

• VMware and equivalent
• Linux experience
• Hardware maintenance
• Web development using Wordpress or Wix
