MCS Group is delighted to be working with a local MSP with a great culture as they add an infrastructure engineer to their team with a firm focus on networking technologies. You will wear many hats in this position but there will be a real emphasis on network projects. You will join an established team of successful engineers in a great local company, who can provide you with training opportunities and significant project exposure.

About the role:

Setting up vlans and wireless networks for new and existing customers.

Routing, switching and firewall configurations.

General fault finding and BAU support.

Server infrastructure installation and maintenance.

Exposure to O365 and Azure migrations.

About you:

Previous experience with routing, switching and firewall configuration/troubleshooting.

Server configuration and maintenance experience.

O365 and Azure experience are desirable but there is opportunity to pick this up.

Remuneration for this position is up to circa £30,000 with an additional on-call allowance and flexible working options.
