About the role:
Supporting company clients with day-to-day application queries and resolutions.
Creating BI reports for client insights.
Onboarding clients and releasing new features.
Troubleshooting data and operating system issues.
Computer science or IT related degree.
Previous service desk or customer facing experience.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with SQL. Data visualisation would be a plus.
Up to £24,000 starting and a clear structure for increasing that.
