The Company

A small but fast-moving technology start up looking for a passionate software engineer with 3+ years of industry experience to help grow our company. The core of our business is to collect and collate highly specific scientific data. This helps our customers to improve their sales and market knowledge in various medical fields. We have a variety of applications which help us achieve this, and we are seeking a new software engineer to help us grow and maintain this suite of applications.

The platform this company has created helps researchers in various medical fields such as Alzheimers and Cancer research. Additonally, they offer the most comprehensive covid database which has allowed businesses to find and hire scientists and researchers in the covid field.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a battle hardened and experienced developer who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is passionate about technology.

We want to work with someone who loves coding and providing solutions to problems. Someone who has the maturity and experience of managing their own workload and who can prioritise the tasks on their plate.

We are looking for someone who has an appetite and desire to learn new technologies. Who can then apply these new skills to the task at hand and beyond.

Someone who takes responsibility for their work through the design stage, implementation, deployment, and post deployment support.

Duties will include improving matching algorithms, developing new ways to analyse data and working on features to supplement the core platform.

Required:

* 4+ years solid working experience of c#.NET

* Excellent written communication skills

* A love and passion for technology

* A great, enthusiastic, "Can do" attitude

* Ability to pick new things up at a good pace
