MCS Group is currently recruiting for a lead DevOps Engineer to become a part of a technical team of specialists sitting within a brand-new, high-performant team.

The Role:

* Your role will be centred around maximising the potential of DevOps tools to help streamline bot integration and deployment processes. You will be focusing on improving flow, embedding a culture of continuous learning and shifting on team feedback loops.
* You will be learning from a questioning mindset, driving positive change at all times and driving this through Agile teams.
* You will be motivating and supporting your team to partner with other teams, overcoming technical and strategic challenges.
* You will be partnering with global security teams and leveraging tools with cyber security principles in mind.
* You will be maximising the outputs of your teams, working towards best practice and solutions.

The Person:

You will be a technologist who is passionate about software practice improvement with strong experience coming from a DevOps, SRE or similar background. You should have successfully led client workshops, have experience in stakeholder management and have proven leadership capabilities.
