The company are building out a brand new customer support team that will give successful candidates the opportunity to work in a customer service based technical IT support role.
About the role:
- Delivering first class front line support to various clients
- Full training provided
- Become an expert on the company and its products
- Customer Service
- Communication across email, chat and phone
- 1.30 - 10.30 shifts, 5/7 days
- Minimum of one year within a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- IT industry interest
Nice to have: IT Support experience, POS experience and familiarity with Apple Products.
