MCS Group is delighted to be working with an established organisation with a great reputation and culture in the local market as they add a change manager who play a significant part in driving change and implementation across a new flagship project. You will be responsible for the overall design of the service and operation, tasked with the delivery of change management in this exciting, autonomous project.

About the role:

You will join as the company embark on the implementation of a bespoke application across a large public sector client. You will work with them from the business side creating the blueprints as to how the operations will work. You will work with clients to prepare for the implementation, creating communication and change plans and helping manage subsequent changes.

About you:

Previous experience with change management projects.

Previous stakeholder/ vendor management experience.

Strong communication and client facing skills.

Experience on public sector projects would be ideal.

Package:

£45,000-£55,000 DOE
