MCS are delighted to be representing a leading Software house in their search for a Support and Development Analyst. The successful candidate will join a company that is focused on success as well as investing heavily in learning and development programmes.

The Position
As a .NET support analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical 2nd/3rd line Application Support to internal and external customers while monitoring and managing cases on the support queue.
This role will require you to efficiently communicate with all team members while ensuring each support ticket is answered to accordingly. Prioritisation skills will be key for this role.
Your role will be a 50/50 split between core .NET development and deployment of new products and support duties such as bug fixing, tweaking code and engaging with clients. This is the perfect role for an experienced support analyst moving into development, or for a developer who does not want to move away from support.
The Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and a drive to take ownership of and responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. You will be autonomous in your role and be able to work independently.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and will have strong incident analysis skills with excellent troubleshooting skills.
You will have the following:
- BSc in Computer Science or a similar field
- Prior experience in a similar product-based role
- Strong exposure and experience in C#, SQL, and .NET
