Your new role
Currently they are seeking to fill the role of a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to work within a busy IT support environment to assist managing projects and in resolving issues for external clients.
Typically you would have the ability to explain technical issues in everyday language, possess Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant Experience in Desktop Support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows Server with associated roles such as HyperV, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of email infrastructure primarily Exchange and/or Office365
- Working principles of firewalls Good basic knowledge of networking principles Migration experience from on-premise to O365 Server upgrades and migration
