We are working with a leading Northern Ireland based company in their search for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst role will be placed within the Digital department and will report to the PMO Lead. The department team consists of Digital Business Analyst, Digital Change Lead, Digital Transformation Lead, Web Team Manager, PMO Lead, QA Lead and Enterprise Architect. The role will involve close collaboration with these individuals. They are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Business Analyst with experience in supporting the development of business-critical Front-End applications and ideally the selection, design, and implementation of new digital solutions. The role will be working on a combination of existing technologies and new digital solutions being acquired to support.
This Business Analyst role will be a highly collaborative and business facing role covering the full software development lifecycle from lean canvas development, requirements gathering and elaboration through to UAT and go-live. The right candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation including suppliers, architecture, Web & IT development, and testing teams to ensure the solution delivers the agreed upon project requirements and meets expectations.
To be successful in this role the right candidate will have-
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Business Science.
- 10+ years of related Business Analysis experience
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- Microsoft 365 Experience (SharePoint, Yammer, Team, Excel, Power-automate, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Experience rolling out/using tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
