Leading Global Supplier of both Broker management systems as well as cloud software for Personal and Commercial Insurance distribution.
Your new role
Due to further expansion within this global team they are seeking to recruit a support analyst to add to a team of 10 based out of the Belfast site.
You will primarily be responsible for carrying out all support activities relating to their in house products and projects. You will fast become a user expert championing issues so that the client has an overall positive experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have up to 2 years experience within a customer support environment in a technology led company and within a busy team. Excellent understanding of support processes and exposure to the whole software development life-cycle would be required off the successful candidate.
