Service Desk Analyst- 6 month contract + - C £25000 per annum

We currently have an opportunity for a 1st/2nd line IT support technician to join a globally recognised and trusted Law firm based within their Belfast office.
Your new role
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for handling requests and providing operational 1st and 2nd line IT technical support to all customers within the organisation. You will be expected to take responsibility for the resolution of incidents ensuring that 1st and 2nd line resolution is achieved, within agreed SLA's.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have:
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- At least 2 years' experience within an IT Support/ Service Desk Environment
- Knowledge of Service Desk operations, to include a good knowledge of IT best practice, industry trends and customer service
