Hays are working in with a global professional services organisation to build out on 6 to 8 Service Desk Analysts for an existing team.
The Service Desk Analysts will be an extension to the current Service Desk team to assist in the Roll out of a new Transformation Project.
Working as part of the existing team you will be taking calls from across the globe.
This is a super opportunity to either start or expand your career within a top tier Professional Services organisation.
What you need to succeed
You will need a minimum of 6 months experience within an IT support environment but Service Desk experience is not essential. As a preference exposure to Microsoft technologies and Active Directory will be required with some network experience. This company is a Citrix house, so any exposure here would be particularly beneficial As a prerequisite you must have strong communication skills and be able to converse with all team members and external stake holders as well as a willingness to learn and be part of a team
What you'll get in return
This is an organisation where a positive and can do attitude as well as a desire to get things done is essential These roles will begin as 12 month contracts at a salary circa £20,000.
