Your new role
As the customer base grows they require a Service Desk lead to provide day to day management of the Technical Services team thus ensuring they meet and exceed contractual Service level agreements.
You will also work closely to drive continual service improvement and delegate tasks within the team.
The client base ranges anywhere from 3/4 users to 500 and the role of the Co-ordinator is to ensure a level of First class service delivery is enjoyed by all of the customer base.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be able to demonstrate a track record in service delivery in a managed service environment and be able to assign and delegate tasks in an efficient and timely manner
