Your new role
As Global Service Desk team Lead ,typically you will need to have the ability to provide technical leadership to operational staff , with experience of supporting the below technologies.
- Citrix; DMS; Windows; Apple; SCCM; Office Suite; Remote working and other bespoke applications.
- The confidence and customer service skills to liaise with senior management and customers during escalations/complaints or as required
- Experience of monitoring service delivery performance metrics and ability to liaise with IT managers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached.
