To help push this expansion forward, they require a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent basis.
The is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced, autonomous recruiter to partner with a global team, with full responsibility to map out recruitment plans for the Belfast and Dublin sites. The successful candidate will also be heavily involved in raising the brands local profile to attract the best talent in the market, as well as building on already strong relationships with the local Universities.
The business has boosted phenomenal global success over the last number of years, as it has expanded and grown at a steady rate. With offices based globally, the company has plans to rapidly increase this headcount globally, identifying Belfast as a key area for this potential growth.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and pipelining talent, specifically within technology, covering the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying exceptional passive talent through non-conventional methods. You will build strong internal relationships, assessing current and future recruitment plans, pipelining talent in key areas of growth. You will also build sustainable relationships with external suppliers, ensuring their performance is assessed on a regular basis and they are providing the best service.
In a highly competitive market, it is important talent is pipelined across multiple channels, strategically promoting the company to a large audience and creating a strong brand, all while delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience at all times. Building relationships with local Universities is another key aspect to the role, promoting a strong brand to emerging talent, ultimately making the company an employer of choice.
Company culture is highly important, therefore it is essential the Talent Acquisition Partner will adopt an enthusiastic, positive approach, all while maintaining an exceptional sourcing service.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Recruiter, with at least 3 years recruitment experience gained within an agency or in-house role. You will have a passion for direct sourcing, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their role requirements and get a sense of the right cultural fit for their department.
- 3 years recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Extensive stakeholder management experience, up to a senior level
- Proven track record managing high volume recruitment campaigns
- Solid experience of recruiting candidates directly from a variety of sources
- Degree educated or equivalent
- People focused and customer serviced orientated
