Senior HR Advisor - Growing Private Sector Organisation - Belfast

This organisation has grown steadily over the past 12 months, excited to be offering this newly created Senior HR Advisor opportunity, ultimately responsible for delivering an array of world class people initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all HR aspects for this function, working in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner. You will be strong around employee relations, with up to date employment legislation knowledge, with exposure to organisation design initiatives, supporting the organisations as they continue to grow.
The successful Senior HR Advisor will work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the Belfast team, understanding current and future requirements regarding various HR matters. Talent Management will be high on the agenda, therefore the successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, guaranteeing the employers brand is strong, attracting and retaining the best talent in the market, at all levels.
The successful Senior HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring all employee issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The HR strategy will be very proactive, ensuring line management are upskilled to deal to employee relations issues at an early stage in the process.
The successful candidate
- 2 years' HR Generalist experience at HR Advisor level or above
- Proven track record of successfully developing an organisations culture
- Experience of contributing to organisational design
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Strong time-management experience
- CIPD qualification or HR degree
