Resourcing Manager - Well known NI Organisation - Belfast
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a large, well known employer based in Belfast, who a currently seeking to appoint a Resourcing Manager on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for the organisations Belfast operations, delivering a highly efficient and top-quality service to key stakeholders throughout the organisation, ensuring workforce plans are effectively managed.
The successful Resourcing Manager with work closely with the rest of the HR team, co-ordinating the entire recruitment lifecycle for all permanent and contract employees. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business on a regular basis, the successful candidate will analyse current and future current recruitment requirements across the business, ensuring there is a strong pipeline in place for upcoming recruitment requirements.
The successful candidate will strategically contribute to the workforce planning process for the organisations key stakeholders, assess current and future needs within the Belfast business. This will include developing a recruitment strategy for Belfast in conjunction with other key stakeholders. Recruitment analytics will also be a large parts od the role, tracking and reporting on hiring plans against target, ultimately creating to a larger recruitment dashboard - this will include the performance of all sourcing channels, including agency performance.
The candidate experience will be vitally important to the organisation, ensuring top talent receives the best customer service experience, regardless if they are successful of not. The aim is to continue to build a strong brand in the local market, maintaining the organisations ability to attract and retain the most sought after talent in Northern Ireland. This will include developing relationships with local Universities and promoting the brand to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline coming through.

The Resourcing Manager will possess the following experience:
- Degree educated
- 5 years + recruitment experience in the Northern Irish market, with strong knowledge of NI legislation
- Proven track record of strategically planning and executing high volume recruitment campaigns across multiple verticals
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging targets
- Proficient at utilise a multi-channel approach to recruitment
- Experience of in-house recruitment is desirable, however strong agency experience will be considered
- Experience of recruitment in a Professional Services environment is also desirable
