Recruitment Specialist - Belfast - Professional Services Organisation
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a global professional services organisation based in Belfast, currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist on a permanent basis.
The Belfast office has gone from strength to strength over the last number of years, with plans to continue their expansion across a number of key areas.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and pipelining talent for the Belfast operation, focusing on an array of roles at different levels, ranging from graduate level through to experienced hires. You will be expected to handle multiple high-volume campaigns, providing a first-class recruitment experience within a corporate, first class environment.

Partnering with key senior stakeholders across the organisation is an essential part of the role, offering advice on best practice, defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio. This is an autonomous role, spending a lot of your time driving forward the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment for a specific business area, advising senior stakeholders on best practice, market knowledge and candidate availability.

The perfect fit
The successful candidate will be an experienced Recruiter, with at least 3 years recruitment experience gained within an agency or in-house role. You will have a passion for direct sourcing, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their role requirements and get a sense of the right cultural fit for their department.
- 3 years recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Extensive stakeholder management experience, up to a senior level
- Proven track record managing high volume recruitment campaigns
- Solid experience of recruiting candidates directly from a variety of sources
- Degree educated or equivalent
- People focused and customer serviced orientated
