HR Manager - Professional Services - County Down
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing an expanding, innovative professional services client based in County Down, currently seeking an experienced HR Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
This company, based in County Down, is an expert in their field, partnering with a host of clients across Northern Ireland, to help strategically push their business to the next level. Due to the evolving nature of this environment, they are current seeking an HR Manager to deliver a range of HR services in a highly commercial, fast paced environment.
Reporting to the MD, the successful HR Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all HR aspects for the business, working in partnership with the Senior Management team to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner.
This is a standalone role, with scope to develop in the next two years due to projected growth. The successful HR Manager will work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the business, understanding current and future requirements recruitment requirements, ensuring talent is pipelined to key areas.
Talent Management is another key motivator within the business, ensuring there is a real emphasise on attracting top talent within the market, as well as retaining and develop the current talent within the organisation, as the company continues to grow.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated to the wider business, as well as any employee relations issues, as and when they arrive.

Suitable candidates will possess a CIPD qualification (level 5), ideally be degree educated and have HR Business Partner / HR Manager level experience, where they have worked with and successfully influenced senior stakeholders:
- CIDP qualified (level 5)
- Ideally educated to degree level
- 5 + years' HR Generalist experience, with 2 at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
- Extensive recruitment experience, with a track record of implementing talent attraction strategies
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
- Sound understanding of recent employment legislation in NI
While not essential, experience of working in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
