HR Business Partner - Large, well-known organisation - Greater Belfast
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a large, well known organisation based in Northern Ireland, currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to cover a 9 - 12 month fixed-term contract.
The successful HR Business Partner will work closely with internal stakeholders to assist and advise on all their HR needs. This will include the design and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as gaining an understanding of employee relations issues across the business, providing effective advice and guidance on performance management, grievance and disciplinaries.
Recruitment & Selection will form part of the role, with the successful candidate required to develop a detailed understanding of recruitment across the business, supporting various business units with their short and long term business plans, pipelining top talent to ensure succession planning is in place.
The successful candidate will also be involved in a number of value adding projects, ontop of their day to day HR Generalist duties.
How to apply
To apply for this role, it is essential you are degree educated and CIPD qualified, with at least 3 years' experience working at HR Business Partner level in a large, multi-site organisation.
Key HR Generalist experience should include recruitment & selection, redeployment, employee relations, change management, performance management and succession planning.
