HR Business Partner - Multinational technology organisation - Belfast
MCS Group is incredibly excited to be partnering with a multinational technology organisation based in Belfast, who currently require an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent, full-time basis. The role
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all HR aspects for this function, working in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner.
The successful HR Business Partner will work closely with various internal stakeholders, understanding current and future requirements regarding various HR issues, including recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, ensuring the employers brand is strong, attracting the best talent in the market, at all levels.
The successful HR Business Partner will be a key point of contact for employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring all employee issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The HR strategy will be very proactively, ensuring line management is upskilled to deal to employee relations issues at an early stage in the process.
To apply for the role
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) at 2:1 classification or above
- 3 + years' HR Generalist experience
- Experience of leading and advising on employee relations cases, including discipline, grievance and absence management
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable, along with experience of supporting remote client groups
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
- Sound understanding of recent employment legislation
