Business Development Consultant - IT Contracts (GB Market)
MCS Group is launching a brand-new division to the IT Contracts team, which will specialise in finding, winning, and delivering for a whole new set of clients across the UK. We are building a significant team of technology contract recruitment specialists who will make a strong impact across the GB Technology market. With a focus on IT Contract Recruitment, the financial rewards will be significant with fees significantly higher than in the Northern Ireland market allowing ambitious consultants to earn more, and quickly.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultants to sell our contract recruitment services. The role will be split between Business Development and Service Delivery, therefore the successful Business Development Consultant will work closely with the Service Delivery Consultant.
The successful Business Development Consultant will demonstrate drive, resilience and tenacity alongside the skills and customer centric approach required to develop new business relationships with a wide range of companies and decision makers.
Prior commercial experience in a Technical Sales (e.g. software sales) or Business Development capacity is essential.
This role will involve generating business and leads through a number of different channels, including the telephone, social media and video technology. We invest heavily in our technology, and you will have access to a number of cutting edge tools to help you achieve your goals.
Experience in a recruitment environment is preferred, but not essential.
Ideally you will have experience of working to and achieving challenging sales targets and KPIs.
You will be open, honest and trustworthy, someone who is ethical in their approach, yet highly driven and ambitious in character. You will be motivated by a challenge, and work well under pressure.
