Kennedy Recruitment are working in connection with their large Public Sector client to recruit a temporary HR Officer. This position will be based in Belfast. The hours of this role will be full time and the successful candidate will be required to start immediately.
The duties of this position are -
*The HR Officer will be a key member of HR Learning & Development Team reporting directly to the HR Manager for L&D.
*The HR Officer will work in partnership with customers and stakeholders to deliver an effective learning & development service. Emphasis will be on developing, delivering and evaluating training and supporting effective administration of learning and development activities.
*Will take on other duties which may arise from time to time as identified by the HR Manager.
To be eligible for consideration you must meet the following criteria:
*Candidates must hold a PGD in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have current membership of CIPD at the closing date for receipt of application
*Candidates must have 2 year's relevant experience as a practitioner in HR including learning & development/training - ideally this will include experience gained in the Public Sector.
*Some travel within Northern Ireland will be required for the above post; applicants should therefore have access to a form of transport which enables them to meet this requirement.
