Honeycomb are working with a leading organisation within Northern Ireland to recruit for a HR Administrator on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to gain exposure within an award winning HR team.
This organisation is based in Belfast however will be based remotely.
As a HR Administrator duties will include;
- Providing administrative support across a number of HR functions
- Supporting payroll processes by updating internal systems and data input
- Assisting with any HR queries from internal employees by both email and telephone
- Assisting with external HR queries and liase with internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain HR data.
- Support the HR Managers and HR Specialist teams in delivering and creating training
- Act as a key point of contact for general HR queries from the trainees
- Previous HR administration experience within an corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Experience of using HR systems.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages, particularly in Word and Excel
- 3rd level academic or HR related professional qualification e.g. CIPD
- Experience of using iTrent/ Oracle system
This role is offering a salary of £18,000 - £21,000
