Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading utilities business, in the recruitment of a HR Administrator (Hybrid-Working from home & Office- Belfast based role) The business is highly regarded in the local market and has a great reputation through their commitment to positivity in the workplace, investment in technology and willingness to develop their internal teams. Due to expansion and continued growth, the business is now in a position to appoint a professional HR Administrator on a permanent full-time basis to join this lovely family feel team.
The role of HR Administrator is integral to the wider HR operation as it incorporates the coordination of all administration related tasks which affect HR processes. The role is responsible for updating employee records, monitoring absence levels, assisting in inductions and taking a proactive role with training also - to name but a few responsibilities. The role will play a pivotal part in the internal recruitment process for the organisation where you will be supporting with the ongoing on boarding of multiple candidates at the same time.
The role is suitable for both those already working in the profession or those graduating with experience gained through placement or solid work experience whilst studying. You will be professional and organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will thrive working within a busy team who all aim to support each other and the greater business. It is highly desirable if you have acquired or are working towards your CIPD qualification with a real desire for long term career within this dynamic and rewarding profession.
A competitive salary - £20- £22K+ and wider benefits package. This includes enhanced holiday allowance and annual bonus.
This role is currently offering remote working which will soon be moving to a hybrid approach of office / working from home split.
